The full equipment experience. Spring resistance, full range of motion, and endless variation — the reformer allows Kim to work with every body at every level with extraordinary precision and personalisation. Strength building, injury rehabilitation, menopause support — the reformer does it all.

Individual Sessions ~ $65–$120

Sessions are 60 min and can be done in-person or online.

A wall-mounted spring system that complements the reformer beautifully — offering resistance-based work in standing, seated, and lying positions.

Less common than reformer and a genuine mark of a fully equipped, serious studio.

Clients who discover the springboard rarely want to work without it.
